What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Your items must be returned with original tags and product packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use. You can choose to receive a refund to the original payment method, or exchange your item.

Keep in mind that all of our products are handmade in limited quantities, so check our site for current product availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to their return.

 

Are any two items identical?

No, all leather has natural irregularities. Leather textures and tones can vary within the same piece. Some leathers scraps I source are stiff while others are more supple. While I do my best to capture the pieces in a representative way in product photos, some irregularities will always be present from one piece to the next, making them unique! Where do I mail my returns?

Please email us first to setup a return. We’ll determine how to best process your refund. We will refund the cost of your item, minus the cost of shipping. Email us at dustandsunshinejewelry@gmail.com

What type of hardware do you use?

I use premium, nickel-free metal hardware to help reduce the risk of metal sensitivities and ensure durability. I have selected hardware best suited to each design:

Sweet Leaf - Nickel-free solid brass or hypoallergenic surgical steel (depending on the color palette).

Lucinda Tassel- Solid sterling silver.

Songbird and Deco- 24k gold-plated brass (tarnish resistant, nickel-free), or solid sterling silver (depending on the color palette).

Wyoming Wristies- Tarnish resistant, nickel-free solid brass.
